Shipping & Returns *
Free shipping on orders in the Netherlands and Belgium exceeding €150.00 incl. VAT; otherwise, it is €12.50 for the Netherlands and €17.50 for Belgium.
For orders placed outside the webshop, the same shipping rate applies to regular customers. For new customers, if an order consists of 1 or 2 parcels, the shipping costs are €18.50 excluding VAT for the Netherlands and €22.50 excluding VAT for Belgium. For larger shipments, the shipping costs are €35.00 excluding VAT for the Netherlands and €60.00 excluding VAT for Belgium.
The Wadden Islands are excluded from our standard delivery. Do you still wish to have your order delivered there? Then do not place an order yet, but contact us first for a quote on the shipping costs.
When will my order be delivered?
We aim to ship orders placed on working days the same day—provided they are in stock. Parcel carriers cannot always deliver the next day. We ask for your understanding in this matter. For Belgium, bank transfers are processed within one working day. Therefore, an order placed on Friday afternoon will not be processed until Tuesday morning. Other payment methods, such as Bankcontact, Belfius, Credit Card, and PayPal, are processed immediately.
Pick-up
This is not possible; we are not a physical store, but an office/warehouse and are not set up for pick-up.
Express and Timed Deliveries
Express and Timed deliveries are possible; please ask us about the rates.
Belgium
We can deliver all our products, including IBCs, to Belgium. If you place the desired products in the shopping cart and select Belgium as the country of delivery, you will see the shipping costs immediately.
The VAT rate for Belgium is 21%; if it is for business purposes, we ask you to enter your VAT number and the tax will be reversed.

Returns
Should you be dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution. You have a 14-day right of return on our shipments. You are responsible for the costs of return shipments, even if the shipping was free. If we ask you to return the products, you can download the return form here. Please note! Only return products if we ask you to do so after contact.
Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of cancellation of an order that has already been shipped.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Please note! We cannot accept returns of glycols that are not standard in our assortment, such as specific percentages.

Please note! Products that have already been opened are no longer saleable and we cannot accept returns.
