The Axcentra Roadcleaner is a professional, highly concentrated and lightly foaming cleaner specially developed for removing heavy oil and grease contamination on road and industrial surfaces. Thanks to its mild alkaline formulation (pH approx. 9.5) the cleaner is powerful yet safe for materials, with no corrosive action.

This road cleaner penetrates deep into porous surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, porous asphalt and paving, and effectively removes synthetic, mineral, animal and vegetable oils. Soot, proteins and stubborn dirt are also loosened effortlessly. The product contains no solvents, is non-flammable and separates quickly in wastewater systems, making it suitable for intensive professional applications in road construction, the transport sector and industrial cleaning.

This 1000 litre IBC version is ideal for large business users such as contractors, road authorities, filling stations, cleaning companies and industrial installations.

Directions for use

Dilution: mix the product with water at a ratio of 1:10 to 1:40, depending on the degree of soiling:

• Heavy soiling: 1:10
• Average use: 1:20 to 1:30
• Light cleaning / maintenance: 1:40

Application:

• Consumption: approx. 0.1 litre per m2
• Apply with a low- or high-pressure sprayer to the surface to be cleaned

Contact time: allow to act briefly so it penetrates deep into the pores.

Mechanical support (optional): scrub with a brush or scrubbing machine, or steam clean until light foaming occurs.

Removal: collect residual liquid with a wet vacuum or absorb with an oil absorbent.
