Information

Special Ethylene Glycol, Axti Temp E, for cooling and heating systems.
It contains inhibitors and low-foam additives to prevent rust and limescale deposits and is non-corrosive, protecting the internal walls of pipes from corrosion and product aging, including aluminum pipes.

The liquid can be safely added to systems already filled with ethylene glycol-based coolant. It is nearly odorless, slightly viscous, easily mixable with demineralized water, and non-volatile.

Important: Do not use Axti Temp E 100% undiluted – the maximum mixing ratio is 60% (protection down to −57 °C / −70.6 °F).

Mixing Ratios

  • 20% product – 80% demineralized water = protection to −8 °C / 17.6 °F
  • 30% product – 70% demineralized water = protection to −15 °C / 5 °F
  • 40% product – 60% demineralized water = protection to −21 °C / −5.8 °F
  • 50% product – 50% demineralized water = protection to −33 °C / −27.4 °F
  • 60% product – 40% demineralized water = protection to −57 °C / −70.6 °F

Applications

  • Cooling and air-conditioning systems
  • Automotive systems
  • Sprinkler systems
  • Underfloor heating
  • Lock gates

Important Return Information for Glycols

  • Special glycol concentrations made to order and not part of the standard range
  • Opened cans or IBCs, as quality cannot be guaranteed after opening
  • Glycols mixed with dyes produced on customer request

We recommend contacting us before ordering glycols if there is any doubt.
